We are Lighting the Square! Yes, at long last the Square will be lit at night.  Thanks to funding from Entergy Corporation, The Downtown Development District, The U.S. General Services Administration's Good Neighbor Program and The Lafayette Square Conservancy, the three statues and the oaks in the four corners of the park will be lit.  Join us for the "flipping the switch" ceremony on the steps of Gallier Hall at 7:30 p.m. this Wednesday September 8th.

Where Ya Rack Dawlin.....? The YLC's program to install bike racks around the City has come to Lafayette Square.  If you are interested in sponsoring a rack (or a few) go to whereyarack.org.  If you're looking to park during the upcoming concert series, check out the racks at Camp Street near South and North Maestri Streets.

Follow us on Facebook!  We'll update you on events such as concerts, planting and cleanup days, social events and more!

Mark your calendar for Harvest the Music Fall Concert Series!  The first concert starts on Wednesday September 15th and goes for 8 consecutive weeks from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Fabulous music, reasonably priced food and drink and great artists' row.
